The Umay Link Cultural Tourism Alliance is a high-end cultural tourism destination operation alliance in China, jointly initiated by Jiuzhaigou County Youmei Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Youmeitang Hotel Management Co., Ltd.  


Shanghai Youmeitang Hotel Management Co., Ltd., founded in 1993 and headquartered in Shanghai, is an enterprise primarily engaged in business services. The company has a registered capital of 5 million RMB and a paid-in capital of 5 million RMB. Its main operations include: planning and development of cultural tourism projects, site selection, design, engineering management, hotel launch preparation, marketing operations, and team management for hotel projects. Currently, the company invests in and manages high-end hotels such as the Beihai Weizhou Island Youmei Yinsu / Fishing Harbor Isle Seaview Resort Hotel and the Jiuzhaigou Youmei Yinsu / Jiuzhai Yunshang Tibetan Culture Themed Homestay.  


Jiuzhaigou County Youmei Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., founded in 2019 and located in Jiuzhaigou County, is a mixed-ownership company integrating cultural tourism planning, investment, design, and operations. The company has a registered capital of 10 million RMB and a paid-in capital of 10 million RMB. Among this, the Jiuzhaigou County Government’s state-owned company, Jiuzhaigou County Cultural Tourism Investment Group, holds a 49% stake, while Chengdu Jinhongmei Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. holds a 51% stake. Jiuzhaigou Youmei Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. bears the significant responsibility of industrial support from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou, investing in and operating the renowned city landmark project, Youmei Yinsu / Jiuzhai Yunshang Tibetan Culture Themed Homestay.  


In practical operations, the Umay Link Cultural Tourism Alliance specializes in providing personalized, private, and immersive cultural tourism experiences for high-end small groups of 1 to 6 people. This includes, but is not limited to, itinerary design, accommodation, dining, cultural experiences, outdoor activities, dedicated concierge services, private vehicles, and other comprehensive VIP services.
