2. Altitude Sickness Precautions: Altitude sickness prevention is recommended. Please consider preparing Rhodiola or glucose oral solution based on personal needs. Oxygen tanks are available on the vehicle.

2. Cancellations requested 7 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund without penalty.

3. Cancellations requested 0-6 days before the trip start date will incur a penalty of 20% of the total order amount.

1. Full payment is required to confirm the booking for any travel product.

2. Cancellations requested 15 days or more before the trip start date (excluding the departure day) are eligible for a full refund without penalty.

3. Cancellations requested 8-14 days before the trip start date (excluding the departure day) will incur a penalty of 30% of the total order amount.

4. Cancellations requested 0-7 days before the trip start date will incur a penalty of 40% of the total order amount.

5. Consumption at hotel facilities such as bars, Tibetan restaurants, cafes, and tea houses.

6. Additional hotel service charges such as laundry fees incurred during the trip.
