1. After payment is completed, the Alliance will confirm your booking status within one business day.

2. Minors are charged the same price as adults for group tours and must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip.

3. To avoid any losses, please ensure you confirm the itinerary with an Alliance travel consultant before purchasing flight tickets.

4. If you have additional room type requirements (king/twin/upgrade), it is recommended that you confirm with customer service in advance.
   
   

[Important Notes for Jiuzhaigou]

1. Flexible Departure Arrangements: The latest flight at Jiuhuang Airport is 20:00, and the latest high-speed train departure is 21:40. Please allocate time for traffic delays, depart at least one hour earlier, and arrive at the airport/station at least one hour in advance.

2. Altitude Sickness Precautions: It is necessary to prevent altitude sickness. You may prepare Rhodiola rosea or glucose oral solution according to your personal condition. Oxygen tanks are available in the vehicle.

3. Continuous Guidance: Sunlight is intense in high-altitude areas. Sun protection is essential, especially in summer.

4. Cultural Note: Please respect the religious customs and cultural beliefs of the Tibetan and Qiang ethnic groups.

1. Full payment is required to confirm the booking for travel products.

2. Cancellations made seven days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund without penalty.

3. Cancellations made zero to six days before the trip start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount.
   
   

(Peak Season Policy)

1. Full payment is required to confirm the booking for travel products.

2. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the trip start date (excluding the departure day) are eligible for a full refund without penalty.

3. Cancellations made eight to 14 days before the trip start date (excluding the departure day) will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order amount.

4. Cancellations made zero to seven days before the trip start date will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total order amount.
   
   

(Festival Season Policy)

2. Cancellations made 20 days or more before the trip start date (excluding the departure day) are eligible for a full refund without penalty.

3. Cancellations made 15 to 19 days before the trip start date (excluding the departure day) will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order amount.

Inclusions

1. Transportation during the itinerary: A dedicated vehicle (off-road vehicle or business van) with a private driver will be arranged for the entire journey based on the group size.

2. Meals during the itinerary: Dinner on the first day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the second day; breakfast on the final day; and other specified hotel afternoon teas.

3. Drinking water provided in the vehicle during the itinerary.

4. Service of one dedicated Alliance travel concierge.

5. Activities and admission tickets as listed in the itinerary.

6. Travel accident insurance during the itinerary.

Exclusions

1. Round-trip transportation (airfare/train tickets) from the departure location to the destination.

2. All personal expenses and any costs not mentioned under "Inclusions."

3. Hotel afternoon teas not listed in the itinerary.

4. Dishes, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages at restaurants not specified in the itinerary (charged according to the hotel menu and beverage list retail prices).

5. Expenses at certain hotel facilities, such as bars, Tibetan restaurants, cafés, and tea houses.

6. Additional hotel service fees during the itinerary, such as laundry charges.
